How much does a bathroom renovation cost in Sydney?
Most full bathroom renovations in Sydney fall between $18,000 and $35,000, depending on size, fixtures, tiling and whether plumbing or walls are moved. A small refresh can be less; large or luxury bathrooms more. The only way to know your real number is a free itemised quote.
Is the quote really free and no-obligation?
Yes, completely. Requesting a quote costs nothing and you're under no obligation to proceed. We review your details, arrange a free in-home measure, and give you a clear fixed-price quote to consider in your own time.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
A standard bathroom usually takes 2–3 weeks on site once work begins, depending on scope, fixtures and any custom items. We give you a clear start date and timeline with your quote and keep you updated throughout.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We work with licensed builders and certified waterproofers and carry full insurance. You'll receive waterproofing certificates and a workmanship guarantee on every completed project.
Do you handle everything — plumbing, electrical and waterproofing?
Yes. We manage the entire project end to end: demolition, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tiling, fit-off and final clean. You get one point of contact and one fixed price for the whole job.
Do I supply the fixtures and tiles, or do you?
Either works. We can supply everything from our trade suppliers (often at better prices), use items you've chosen, or mix both. We'll help you select tiles, tapware and fixtures that suit your style and budget.
Can you help with the design?
Absolutely. If you don't have a design, we'll help you plan the layout and choose finishes. If you have plans or inspiration images, even better — share them with your quote request.
Which areas do you service?
We service Sydney metro and surrounding NSW — including the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Hills District, Sutherland Shire, and Western and South-Western Sydney. Not sure if you're covered? Just ask.
Will I need to move out during the renovation?
Usually not. Most homeowners stay put, especially with a second bathroom. If it's your only bathroom we'll plan the works to minimise disruption and let you know what to expect.
Do I need council or strata approval?
Most like-for-like bathroom renovations don't need council approval. If you live in a strata building, you'll typically need owners-corporation approval for waterproofing and plumbing works — we'll guide you through what's required.
How do payments work?
Payments are staged against progress milestones set out in your contract, in line with NSW home-building requirements. You'll always know what's due and when — and the fixed price won't change unless you request changes.
What does the workmanship guarantee cover?
Our lifetime workmanship guarantee covers the quality of our installation and waterproofing. Fixtures and materials also carry their manufacturer warranties. If something isn't right because of our work, we'll put it right.
