Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal information.

Last updated: 4 June 2026

1. About this policy

Bathroom Renovations Quote ("we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information we collect

We collect personal information that you provide directly when you request a quote, send a message or call us, including:

  • Your name, email address and phone number;
  • The address or suburb of the property to be renovated;
  • Details about your project — type, size, scope, style, budget and timeline;
  • Any photos, links or notes you choose to share.

We may also automatically collect limited technical information (such as your IP address and pages visited) for security and to improve our website. We do not knowingly collect sensitive information through this site.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to prepare and provide your quote, arrange a measure and consultation, deliver and support our renovation services, respond to enquiries, meet our legal obligations, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Our quote form & third-party processors

Our quote and contact forms are processed by FormSubmit, which forwards your submission to our email. When you submit a form, FormSubmit processes your data under its own privacy policy. We use it only to receive and respond to your enquiry.

5. Disclosure

We may share your information with our staff and the licensed trades and contractors involved in quoting or delivering your project, and with service providers such as the form processor above. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law. We do not disclose your information to overseas recipients except through the service providers noted in this policy.

6. Security & retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access — including HTTPS encryption and the security headers configured on this site. We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

7. Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity first.

8. Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us first so we can resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its "last updated" date.
