Terms & Conditions
The terms governing your use of this website and our services.
Last updated: 4 June 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Bathroom Renovations Quote website and any quotes or services we provide. By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Quotes & estimates
Information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute a fixed quote. Any indicative pricing (for example, typical cost ranges) is a guide only. A binding fixed price is provided only after a site measure and is set out in a written quote and contract. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them and may be subject to a site inspection, access, and the condition of existing plumbing, structure and waterproofing.
3. Requesting a quote
When you request a quote you agree to provide accurate information about your project. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract — it is an invitation for us to assess your project and respond. No work is booked until a written quote is accepted and a contract is signed.
4. Building work & contracts
All building work is carried out under a separate written contract that complies with the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW) and related requirements, including staged progress payments, statutory warranties and home-building compensation where applicable. That contract, once signed, governs the works and prevails over this website.
5. Variations & the fixed price
Our quoted price is fixed for the agreed scope. If you request changes, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered once work is underway (for example, hidden water damage or non-compliant existing plumbing), any resulting variation will be quoted and agreed in writing before the additional work proceeds.
6. Workmanship guarantee & warranties
We provide a lifetime workmanship guarantee on our installation and waterproofing, in addition to the statutory warranties under the Home Building Act. Fixtures, fittings and materials carry their respective manufacturer warranties. The guarantee covers defects arising from our workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, third-party works or normal wear and tear.
7. Website use
The content, branding and design of this website are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Images may be illustrative of style and quality. We aim to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability arising from this website is limited to re-supplying the relevant information or service.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
